"I saved a lot by switching to State Farm for home, auto and umbrella policies. I saved especially by having earthquake insurance wrapped within the home policy rather than purchased from a separate carrier. Tricia Ayers is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with…highly recommended."

"The staff at Lauri Alexander State Farm in Lake Oswego are clear, cordial, and helpful, both in communicating my current insurance coverage and other options that might be worth considering. I have stopped into the office several times, once to make a payment in person; as I wanted to meet them and to have them meet me. "I have been with Lauri Alexander since she took over the agency. Tricia Ayers and the entire staff have always went above and beyond to help me with my needs. "This SF office did an amazing job of handling my accident claim when another driver failed to yield and totaled my car and sent me to the hospital for two spinal surgeries. Tricia helped my husband effectively and competently deal with all the paperwork while I was in acute care, and I received the payout for my car promptly. I even received a lovely card from everyone in the office! We moved to WA 3 years ago but wanted to keep this SF agent, and this is why. They're a wonderful and caring team of real people."

"We've been with this agent for 11 years and have been extremely happy with their service. We've been SF customers for > 30yrs, and this has been the best agent/office we've had - staff has consistently providing great advice & service on a few claims and lots of changes to our coverage. They incredibly responsive, often on days/times I wasnt expecting a response. Quotes from other companies may be lower, but the personal service we've received is worth any cost difference to us.
